Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a dedicated team member to provide exceptional customer service and manage donation intake. You will label items, assist customers, and ensure donations are processed efficiently on the sales floor and production areas.

The role requires forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, strong English communication, and a commitment to regular in-person attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service delivery.
• Able to complete forklift certification if not already certified.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors and customers, delivering outstanding service.
• Label items accurately for donation intake and production.
• Provide receipts to donors for all donations.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker as needed.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading merchandise.
