Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sort donations and prepare outbound containers for resale or e-commerce
• Identify brands and high-value items to maximize store value
• Greet customers and donors on the sales floor and donation center
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety guidelines
• Assist with accepting donations and stocking product as needed
