Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to help maximize store profitability by efficiently processing donations and pricing to keep shelves full and appealing. You will work the process, sort donations for e-commerce, salvage, or trash while supporting team goals and delivering value to shoppers and donors.

The role emphasizes safety, 5S standards, and collaboration with coworkers, donors, and the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash using quality standards.
• Determine if an item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price.
• Identify brands and high interest items to maximize value in-store or online.
• Meet production goals: 1 touch HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour.
• Communicate with material handler to bring product and manage salvage containers.
• Greet customers and donors; maintain a safe, clean work environment per 5S and safety guidelines.
