Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to efficiently process donations, sort items, and price them for both in-store and e-commerce channels.

The role emphasizes quick turnover, brand identification, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace while engaging with customers and donors. The position requires the ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs, with no prior experience necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize store value.
• Meet production goals: HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour.
• Coordinate with material handler to bring product and swap salvage containers.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Work the process producing primary donations and back-up to take in donations.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors.
• Uphold the company core values in all duties.
