Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to help maximize store profitability by efficiently sorting donations, pricing items, and keeping a clean, safe workspace.

No experience required; you will learn and grow with a supportive team. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and positive interactions with customers and donors on the sales floor and donation center.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with pricing levels
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in-store or online
• Achieve one-touch production goals (donations from door to floor in 15 minutes)
• Communicate with material handler to bring product and manage salvage containers
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines
• Work the process, producing primary donations as assigned
• Provide back-up to accept donations or display products as needed
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors
• Uphold the company core values in daily duties
• Support teamwork and positive workplace culture
