Job summary

The Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to maximize store profitability through efficient donation processing, sorting, and pricing for in-store and e-commerce channels.

You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting 5S standards, greeting customers and donors, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe, welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18+).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in store or online.
• Meet production goals and move items from door to floor quickly.
• Greet customers and donors on the sales floor or in the donation center.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
