Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is hiring a Production Associate to maximize store profitability by efficiently processing donations, sorting, and pricing to maintain a fresh, full store.

You will contribute to building skills and changing lives in our communities while working in a positive, mission-driven environment. In this role, you’ll sort donations for e-commerce or salvage, identify high-value items, and meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price using guidelines
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in store or through e-commerce
• Meet 1 touch production goals — HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines
• Work the process providing back-up to take in donations or put out product as assigned
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers and donors
