Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to help maximize store profitability through efficient donation processing, sorting, and pricing for our retail and e-commerce channels. Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Identify brands and high interest items to maximize value in store or through e-commerce.
• Meet production goals and move items from door to floor or rack per hour.
• Greet customers and donors on floor or in donation center.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
