Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in-store or online.
• Meet production goals and move items efficiently from donation to floor or racks.
• Greet customers and donors, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and follow 5S safety guidelines.
• Assist with taking in donations or putting out product as needed.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors.
