Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to efficiently process donations, organize items for pricing, and support e-commerce and store operations. You will help maintain a clean, safe work environment while meeting productivity goals.

The role involves interacting with customers and donors, identifying valuable items, and assisting with in-store and online merchandise flow. No prior experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations and prepare outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Determine if items are unit priced or tagged with good/better/best prices.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in-store or online.
• Meet production goals for donations from door to floor in a set time.
• Coordinate with material handler to bring product and swap out salvage containers.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Work the process producing primary donations and provide back-up coverage as needed.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors.
