Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for multiple locations. The role involves fast, accurate processing of donations to keep the store well-stocked and profitable.

You will interact with customers and donors while maintaining store standards. Experience is not required, and the position offers both full-time and part-time schedules. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Uses quality standards to sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash
• Determines if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price using standard guideline
• Easily identify brands and high interest items to maximize value in store or through e-commerce
• Meets 1 touch production goals- HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour
• Communicates with material handler to bring product, empty garbage and swap out salvage containers
• Prompts greeted customers when on the sales floor and donors when in the donation center
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following established 5S and safety guidelines
• Works the process staying in station producing primary donations, as assigned
• Scales to provide back-up to take in donations or put out product, as assigned
• Consistently interacting with co-workers, shoppers, and donors in a professional and pleasant manner
