Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to maximize store profitability through efficient donation processing, sorting, and pricing to keep the store fresh and full. This role supports community impact by enabling smooth operations.

You will stand and walk during shifts, learn to operate power equipment safely, and engage with customers and donors in a friendly, professional manner while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price using standard guidelines.
• Identify brands and high interest items to maximize value in store or through e-commerce.
• Meet production goals: HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour.
• Communicate with material handler to bring product, empty garbage and swap salvage containers.
• Greet customers on sales floor and donors in donation center.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
