Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Donation Attendant at West Broad (Finance). You will greet donors, assist with unloading, presort donations, and load trailers while keeping areas safe and organized.

High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required. A criminal background check will be completed, and you must adhere to safety and dress code standards. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• No professional certifications are required for this position.
• Criminal background check is required.
• No driving required as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to customers.
• Assist donors unloading their vehicle and prevent damage to their car.
• Presort donations by category and label accordingly.
• Safely load trailers and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Follow department policies, report security or theft concerns.
• Communicate with supervisor about donation area and customers.
