Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia needs a Donation Attendant to assist at Attended Donation Centers. You will sort donations, help donors, and ensure safety and efficiency in loading shipments while following all company policies.

Evening and weekend availability is required; associates may travel to multiple locations as needed. A background check is required; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous experience required for this role.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations if designated as a floater.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service at all times.
• Pre-sorts and sorts donations as received.
• Safely loads product for shipment and keeps work areas clean and safe.
• Ensures organizational policies are followed at all times.
• Maintains communication with ADC Manager and Transportation team.
