Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is hiring a part-time donation associate to help customers and donors at the Richmond location. Tasks include greetings, assisting donors with unloading, sorting donations by category, labeling items, and loading trailers, while maintaining safety and a positive environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers.
• Assist customers with donations and unloading their vehicle.
• Accurately presort donations by category and label accordingly.
• Safely load trailers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow department policies and dress code; report issues.
