Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Donation Attendant Store (Finance) to assist customers with donated goods and ensure safe, timely pre-sorting of donations. You will greet donors, help unload vehicles, and accurately sort and label donations for processing.

Responsibilities include loading trailers, maintaining a clean work area, and protecting company assets. The role requires adherence to policies and effective communication with supervisors; evening/weekend availability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; will consider combination of education and work experience.
• No previous experience required.
• No professional certifications required for this position.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with donated goods and pre-sort donations by category.
• Greet donors and help unload donations without damaging vehicles.
• Accurately presort and label donations; load trailers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and protect company assets.
• Follow department policies and safety rules; communicate issues to supervisor.
