Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination of education and work experience considered.
• No prior professional certifications required for this position.
• No previous experience required for entry-level candidates.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect donations to determine marketability per Operations Manual.
• Sort materials and categorize for store use or disposal.
• Tag and display donated items on the sales floor.
• Maintain store appearance and keep up with productivity standards.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and learn new procedures.
