Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspects donations and raw material for quality to determine marketability.
• Sorts raw material and categorizes for store use, salvage, or trash.
• Stands and tags donated items according to rotation system.
• Stages sorted goods for placement on the sales floor.
• Produces appropriate number of items daily per minimum standards.
• Adheres to uniform dress code and safety rules.
• Communicates effectively with customers, peers and management.
