Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers.
• Assist customers with donations by greeting donors and helping unload vehicles.
• Presort donations by category and label accordingly.
• Safely load trailers and maintain an organized work environment.
• Ensure security of company assets and report security or theft concerns.
• Follow department policies and procedures and communicate with supervisor.
• Adhere to dress code and personal hygiene standards.
• Exercise sound judgment in dealing with customers.
• May work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
