Qualifications

• Evenings and/or weekends availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and donors.
• Assist donors with unloading their vehicle, ensuring no damage to cars.
• Accurately presort donations by category and label accordingly.
• Safely load trailers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety.
• Report security and theft concerns promptly to supervision.
• Follow department policies and procedures.
• Communicate issues with supervisor clearly and promptly.
• Adhere to dress code and personal hygiene standards.
• Exercise sound judgement in customer interactions.
