Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer-service and donor-service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors warmly and provide efficient, respectful service.
• Assist with unloading, sorting, recording, and moving donated items.
• Explain donation guidelines and provide receipts per procedures.
• Identify hazardous materials and safety concerns and report accordingly.
• Maintain clean, organized donation areas and assist with overall store operations.
