Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Donation Attendant to maximize store profitability by delivering best-in-class donor service, accurate donation records, and efficient material handling.

You will greet donors, issue receipts, assist with donations, and help sort items for the sales floor while following safety guidelines and 5S principles. No experience is required, and there is potential for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18+)

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide receipts, assist with donations and sorting.
• Move donations and salvage to keep merchandise flowing to the sales floor.
• Price items using good/better/best pricing to optimize turnover.
• Safely unload furniture from donor vehicles and place directly in store.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
