Job summary

Alabama Goodwill Industries is seeking staff for donation centers to support customers and donors. Under supervision, the role covers customer service, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting donors, and processing donations and donor records across sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner within 10 seconds; unload donations from vehicles, offer tax receipts and maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
• Sort donations and secure items to be transported to stores and warehouse.
• Keep a record of donations.
• Responsible to secure and appropriately use supplies and maintain safety and security practices.
