Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations with outstanding service and label items.
• Provide receipts to donors and advise on potential hazmat items.
• Assist loading/unloading furniture and other items.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
