Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will receive donations, label items, provide receipts, and help customers with loading belongings.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers and provides outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Offer receipts to donors for all donations.
• Identify potential hazardous donations and guide disposal.
• Prepare sales tickets and signage for large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and other items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization per standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading from trucks or trailers as needed.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment and follow safety rules.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and support company core values.
