Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Part Time Donation Attendant for the Grand Ave Store in Peoria, AZ. You will join a store team to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience, receive donations promptly, and help place items on the sales floor or in the production room.

The role requires outstanding customer service, ability to pass forklift certification, English literacy, 18+ years old, and passing background and drug screens.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Loads/unloads merchandise to/from vehicles and assists customers.
• Maintains organization of the production room and sales floor.
• Operates pallet jack and walkie stacker following safety rules.
• Cross-trains in other store positions as needed.
