Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead a top-notch customer and brand experience, help with donations, pricing, and sales, and support the store’s daily operations in Buckeye, AZ. This role requires handling donations, processing receipts, and maintaining safety and organization on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, English proficiency, and the ability to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly and issue receipts to donors.
• Assist loading/unloading furniture and merchandise.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization.
• Follow safety rules and perform daily equipment inspections.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
