Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Sorts incoming donations by general type of merchandise.
• Label gaylords correctly for storage and transport.
• Create manifest for shipping and transport of outgoing gaylords including trucks and trailers.
• Safeguards company property and reports any incidents of theft or misuse.
• Assist in loading or unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Assist customers with unloading furniture or other items.
• Help keep donation center organized and clean.
