Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Fort Mohave, AZ, seeks a store team member to deliver exceptional customer service and drive donations and sales. You will handle donations, label items, issue receipts, assist with loading, and keep the floor well-organized and safe.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, moving merchandise, and cross-training for other roles as business needs dictate. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package after probation.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Labeling of items and ensuring receipts are offered.
• Assist in loading/unloading furniture or items to vehicles.
• Maintain merchandise layout and production room organization per standards.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
