Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations with outstanding service.
• Label items correctly for donation processing.
• Provide receipts to each donor.
• Inquire about hazardous items and provide disposal guidance.
• Write up sales tickets and sold signs for large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture or items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and organize production area per standards.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment and follow safety rules.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Maintain consistent in-person attendance.
