Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring to lead an excellent customer and brand experience in our store. You will receive donations, label items, and ensure receipts are offered to donors while guiding them on disposal for hazardous items.

Responsibilities include processing furniture and large item tickets, assisting with loading, maintaining orderly production rooms, operating pallet jacks, and performing safety checks. A robust benefits package follows 60 days.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Accept donations from customers with outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly and provide receipts to donors.
• Ensure safe disposal guidance for hazardous items.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading to/from vehicles.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization.
• Assist in loading/unloading onto/off trucks or trailers.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and follow safety rules.
• Provide floor care at retail store as needed.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
