Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Team Member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will receive donations, ensure proper labeling and receipts, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain organization on the floor and in the production area.

Safety and cross-training are emphasized. The role requires strong customer service, the ability to operate a pallet jack or walkie stacker, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass forklift certification class.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Provide receipts to donors.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading donations and merchandise.
• Maintain arrangement of merchandise and production area following standards.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
