Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience. You will receive donations, label items, assist loading, and help maintain organized production rooms and sales floors. The role requires safety compliance and the ability to operate pallet jacks and walkie stackers.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour. Candidates must be 18+, able to pass background checks, and speak/read English.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive all donations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label items correctly and manage donation receipts.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading donations and furniture.
• Maintain merchandise organization per standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
