Responsibilities include greeting donors, sorting items by category, and maintaining a clean, secure workspace while following policies. Evening/weekend availability and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• No professional certifications required.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to all customers, internal and external.
• Assist customers with donations by greeting them and unloading their vehicle.
• Accurately presort donations by category and label accordingly.
• Safely, efficiently and accurately load trailers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment for safety.
• Ensure the security of company assets and report issues promptly.
• Know and adhere to department policies and procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor about problems in donation area.
• Dress and hygiene standards to maintain a positive image.
• Exercise sound judgment when dealing with customers.
