Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a dependable associate to receive, sort, and transport donated goods at our Attended Donation Centers. You will help customers, maintain organized flow, and ensure safety procedures are followed during loading and shipping.

This role requires physical effort, ability to work evenings/weekends, and willingness to travel between multiple locations as needed. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Receives and sorts donations from donors at Attended Donation Centers.
• Pre-sorts and sorts donations as received.
• Loads product for shipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains clean and safe working areas and follows policy.
