Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations. Starting pay is $15.67 per hour. The role focuses on training, onboarding, and maintaining brand standards across locations.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Valid Arizona drivers' license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make routine day-to-day operational decisions and adjust priorities.
• Train and onboard Team Members; ensure consistent service.
• Travel between locations to support operations and training.
• Support onboarding and training with resources and guidance.
• Ensure locations are clean, safe, and reflect brand standards.
• Document and report to support management decisions.
