Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience. You will receive donations, label items, provide donor receipts, and assist in loading/unloading merchandise while maintaining organized production areas in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 18+ years of age, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a background check. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Label goods accurately.
• Provide receipts to donors.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading, and move merchandise as necessary.
• Maintain organization of production room and sales floor per standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Perform daily safety inspections of equipment.
