Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Phoenix is hiring for a frontline operations role responsible for day-to-day tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring clean, safe, brand-aligned locations.

You will travel between locations to support onboarding, manage customer interactions, and uphold operational standards while promoting the company values. Starting pay is $15.67 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Makes day-to-day operational decisions and adjusts priorities to support goals.
• Ensures Team Members provide excellent service and consistent experiences.
• Travels between locations to support training and onboarding.
• Supports onboarding with resources, mentorship, and guidance.
• Keeps locations clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
• Identifies opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
