Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is hiring for an Operations Support role to oversee day-to-day store and donation-center activities across locations. Starting pay is $15.67 per hour and travel between sites to support onboarding, training, and consistent procedures to reflect brand standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, 6 months of customer service, strong communication, ability to be trained, 18+ years old, English proficiency, a valid Arizona driver’s

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.]

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store and donation-center operations across locations.
