Job summary

Goodwill Industries International, Inc. is seeking a store team member in Sykesville, MD to lead a top-notch customer and brand experience and promote sales for GCNA and affiliated entities.

You will receive, label, and process donations, assist customers with loading/unloading, and maintain organized merchandise areas on a daily basis. The role requires excellent customer service, ability to obtain forklift certification, English fluency, and the willingness to pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass forklift certification.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label items and manage receipts for donors.
• Assist loading/unloading furniture and other items.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and production areas.
