Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will receive donations, label items, provide receipts, and assist customers with loading and unloading furniture and large items.

Maintain organized spaces and follow safety rules; cross-train in other store roles as needed. Minimum qualifications include excellent customer service, forklift certification, English proficiency, and being at least 18.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly and ensure receipts are offered to donors.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and large items.
