Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Associate to lead a positive customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You’ll receive donations, label items, provide receipts, assist with loading and unloading, and keep the store area organized according to processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label items and manage sales signage.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading donations and merchandise.
• Maintain organization of production room and floor per standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment.
• Cross-train in other store roles as needed.
