Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience in our Gilbert store. You will receive donations, label items, assist customers, and help with loading/unloading furniture and large items while maintaining store organization and safety.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to obtain forklift certification, English proficiency, and a commitment to regular attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives donations from customers and provides outstanding service.
• Labels items accurately and ensures receipts are provided for donors.
• Checks for hazardous items and guides proper disposal.
• Creates sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assists customers with loading/unloading furniture and items.
