Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a dedicated store team member to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience. You will receive donations, label items, and support sales in a busy store environment in Phoenix.

The role includes assisting customers with loading, maintaining organized sections, and adhering to safety standards. The position offers the opportunity to cross-train in other store duties and requires strong English skills, a valid forklift certification, and

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accepts donations from customers and provides outstanding service.
• Labeling items and processing inventory.
• Provide receipts to donors and assist with disposal guidance as needed.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and merchandise in store.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker; follow safety procedures.
