Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a Donation Attendant to join our Stratton, ME store team. You will greet customers, accept donations, label items, and help maintain organization on the floor and in the backroom.

Responsibilities include providing outstanding service, ensuring receipts, assisting with loading/unloading, and following safety rules while using equipment. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Labeling items and preparing receipts for donors.
• Directs customers to proper donation areas and assists with loading/unloading.
• Operates equipment safely and follows safety rules.
• Keeps production room and store organized per procedures.
• Supports other store positions as needed.
