Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for job openings.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts.
• Maintain and update recruitment database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate.
• Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve the hiring process.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on domestic talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
