Role & responsibilities

  • Actively source and engage top-tier IT professionals across various platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pre-closing, and closing.
  • Handle international candidate sourcing with a strong understanding of technical profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, or both (360-degree recruitment).
  • Leverage gate-crashing techniques to identify hard-to-find talent (preferred).
  • Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Prioritize quality and speed while maintaining professional and transparent communication.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3+ years of IT recruitment experience (preferably from a staffing/agency background).
  • Strong experience in sourcing, candidate scouting, and pipeline building.
  • Proficiency in handling both candidate and client coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote recruitment.
  • Knowledge or appreciation of Japanese work culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, day-shift environment.
