Recruiter to build with Hiring Manager - as in responsibilities
What can you expect in a “Corporate Recruiter” role with TaskUs:

You can expect to be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. Your priority is to partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing workforce, ensuring the right individuals are hired to support the company's goals and client requirements.

You will support TaskUs by ensuring a robust talent pipeline and successful candidate placements. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure a good fit for the organization. You will also manage the offer negotiation and onboarding processes, providing a positive candidate experience and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Additionally, track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize recruitment strategies, and make data-driven recommendations to improve the overall recruitment process. Finally, you will actively contribute to our Diversity Equity and inclusion efforts and initiatives throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a corporate recruiter, preferably in the BPO or similar industry.

  • Advance Portuguese and English required.

  • Strong understanding of DEI principles and their application in the recruitment process

  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.

  • Excellent sourcing skills to identify and engage with passive candidates.

  • Effective assessment and interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for various corporate roles and levels within the BPO or similar industry

  • Experience in implementing DEI strategies within the Talent Acquisition function

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding techniques.

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness.

  • Experience in utilizing social media and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Education/Certifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources, such as the Talent Acquisition Professional (TAP) certification or the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
