About the Role:

We are looking for experienced freelance Senior IT recruiters to support our fast-paced, result-oriented hiring model. This is a remote opportunity with occasional in-person team gatherings and events. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for a variety of IT roles across domestic locations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top IT talent through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
  
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical and role fit.
  
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to offer rollout and closure.
  
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with current and upcoming hiring requirements.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of activities and closures for performance tracking.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
  
• Sound understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet closure targets within timelines.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  
• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to delivering quality results.
  

Engagement Model:

• Independent Consultant Contract to enable transparent and performance-linked payouts.
