Happy Dog Hotel and Spa in Carmel, IN, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily operations of our dog resort and ensure an exceptional experience for every dog, client, and teammate. This role bridges front and back of house, coaching Pack Members and Front Desk staff, upholding safety, service, and hospitality standards, and driving daily performance with accountability and care.

Growth opportunities include Supervisor II, Manager in Training, or General Manager, with shared ownership

Qualifications

• Experience working with animals in a professional setting.
• Able to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
• Pet CPR/first aid certification is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily huddles and assign shift responsibilities.
• Coach and develop team through feedback and real-time problem-solving.
• Ensure execution of safety, cleaning, and care protocols.
• Resolve client concerns with empathy and clear communication.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new teammates.
• Complete shift reports and communicate updates to leadership.
